Going Above and Beyond: Casey LeBlanc & Adrian Jelley
At the Office of OneIT, our goal is to keep UNC Charlotte running smoothly every day. Technology is a huge part of our campus, but it is our hardworking people who truly make a difference. When technical issues get in the way of important university work, our team stepped up to help. In March 2026 Casey LeBlanc & Adrian Jelley received a Golden Nugget Award highlighting exactly what it means to give great customer service. They worked tirelessly to support the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX during a challenging tech transition.
