Kara Hite
With 20 years of experience in education and instructional coaching, Kara Hite is dedicated to making technology both accessible and impactful. A proud alumna, Kara earned her Master’s in Learning, Design, and Technology from UNC Charlotte in 2025 and is thrilled to return to the campus community.
In her role as a OneIT Trainer in Client Engagement, Kara designs interactive training sessions, whether virtual, in-person, or asynchronous, focused on practical, real-world applications for Google Workspace and the evolving landscape of generative AI. A firm believer in a growth mindset, she operates on the principle that learning is a lifelong journey.
