Beginning Tuesday, January 23, 2024, the Office of OneIT is moving to a new Service Desk ticketing system called TeamDynamix (TDX).

Beginning Friday December 8 at 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., OneIT Facilities Information Systems (FIS) will update the Search Consoles within all ARCHIBUS Find Work Request report views.

OneIT will be doing critical maintenance work to fix a software issue found on some networking hardware on Friday, October 6, between 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

On August 31, a training session was held for users to view the upgraded interface of the Self Service Banner Financial Information.

The Office of OneIT will be switching from Cisco phones to Zoom Phones. The campus-wide switch will take place on December 19, 2023.

Self Service Banner upgrade for faculty and advisors, students and registration, with new and improved functionality, will go live Saturday, September 16th.
