This fall, UNC Charlotte has been replacing Perceptive Content with Softdocs (Etrieve). This update makes campus workflows simpler, fully digital, and more accessible.
The migration is happening in five phases with the fifth (and final) phase being the final clean-up of documents (docs entered into PC during respective freezes). This phase will take place Mon., Nov. 9 – Fri., Nov. 13, 2026.
Training & Support
There will be no specialized support for this migration but Softdocs users are welcome to attend any Softdoc Open Swims.
