In one sentence – what does your job entail?
Stewarding the Enterprise Systems that keep the University running smoothly.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
Never be afraid to ask questions or tackle problems that you don’t yet understand. Running into snags can teach you so many lessons that you might not expect.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
In my own University experience seeing all of the “quiet work” that was being done to help empower students to improve their lives inspired me to want to do the same.
What is something that might surprise us about you?
People who don’t spend much time on calls with me might be surprised at my cheeriness, I find so much in life to be excited about.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
I am proud to work with such tremendous people here in OneIT and to get to do so in this new role particularly.
What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?
I adore movies and doing anything on/in the water.
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?
When I have 30 minutes of free time, I like to go for a walk or read.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I am slowly learning the piano and wouldn’t mind a shortcut there.
