Missing Receipt Declarations by Delegates
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, Delegates will have the ability to complete Missing Receipt Declarations (MRD) directly on behalf of their assigned travelers.
Key Details:
- Delegate Capability: If acting as a Delegate, users can now fully resolve MRD requirements for travelers without the need to log in and sign off on the MRD manually.
- Audit Transparency: Every MRD completed by a Delegate is automatically logged and documented in the Audit Trail. This ensures complete visibility so anyone reviewing the Expense Report can see the action was performed by a Delegate rather than the primary traveler.

Beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026, any Expense Report submitted for approval will require the corresponding approved Travel Request to be linked.
