What’s Changing
Once enabled (version 6.5.5 or higher), users will notice:
- A new Zoom Hub icon/section available in the left navigation of the Zoom client and web portal
- A more centralized view of:
- Recent meetings
- Shared content
- Files shared within Zoom (like recordings)
How This May Affect You
- Some users may find Zoom Hub helpful for quickly locating recent activity.
- Users will notice minor changes to the Zoom interface and/or navigation.
- This update does not have an impact on existing meetings or profile settings.
- Although the Hub feature is available to all accounts, the feature-rich Zoom web portal may remain the best way to access your meeting recordings and summaries.
What You Need to Do
No action is required. Zoom Hub will appear automatically when it becomes available. For more information, please visit Zoom’s official article: Getting started with Zoom Hub.
