Due to ongoing, frequent price changes across configurations and components, the “upgrade” options on the Dell punch-out within 49er Mart have been disabled until further notice. This change is intended to help ensure pricing accuracy and consistency for UNC Charlotte.
What this means for you:
- You will still be able to access your standards list and create quotes as usual through the Dell punch-out within 49er Mart.
- You will no longer be able to upgrade or customize those standards directly within the Dell punch-out within 49er Mart (for example, changing processor, memory, storage, etc. from the standard configuration).
- For all hardware upgrades, customization requests, or configuration changes, please email Kris Ross (Kris.Ross@Dell.com) and copy Jennifer Thompson (Jennifer.R.Thompson@dell.com)
These changes will significantly increase the volume of manual quote requests and response times may be longer than usual. Dell will go through each request as quickly as possible and will prioritize any time‑sensitive needs that you flag for us.
