- During this period, NinerNET services will be unavailable for any changes or updates. This means:
- You cannot change passwords or log in to ninernet.charlotte.edu to make account updates.
- OneIT will not be able to resolve NinerNET account issues.
- New accounts cannot be activated.
- Sponsored guest accounts cannot be renewed or extended.
- The Get Duo code page will be unavailable.
