Where can I search for FAQs?

OneIT has a dedicated space that has countless FAQs. These FAQs are designed to answer IT questions and walk you through the necessary steps to get the answers you are looking for. You can simply go to faq.charlotte.edu and enter a question in the search box. You can also suggest a question by using the yellow suggestion button. It is our hope that you take advantage of this resource to better assist you when you have IT questions.
