Software & IT-Related Request Update: July 2024

Beginning Friday, July 26, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. the Software and IT-Related Request form will have a new look! In order to achieve a smoother review process, the platform has moved to Smartsheet. And in an effort to provide a better end user experience, a new dashboard feature has been added, so you can view request status, process guidance, FAQs, and other useful resources.

Feel free to contact your designated OneIT Leader listed on this page if you need assistance completing the form. 

Accessing the new form and dashboard

The new form and dashboard links will be active on Friday, July 26. We have provided FAQs for how to access the form and how to access the new dashboard.

Training Opportunities

Save the dates and join us for a sneak peek during our open swim sessions. No registration is required; simply use the provided links on the day of the event. The sessions are scheduled as follows:

  • Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m. – COMPLETED
  • Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. – COMPLETED
