Using Salesforce Education Cloud, this initiative creates a single-pane view of a student to support academic advising, student engagement, and communication, creating a more connected experience for students and advisors.
Goals
- Provide a unified platform to support advising, tutoring, student services, and proactive student success workflows.
- Provide a branded student portal to access student success functions, appointment scheduling, study groups, and other support services
- Improve advisor-to-student and student-to-advisor communications with alerts and proactive support features
- Facilitate advising campaigns and case management with enhanced automations
- Provide advisors a dashboard with a holistic view of student information from various campus systems, and AI summarizing capabilities

Ascend (Phase Two) (#736)
Overview
Building a more connected view of alumni, donors, and campus engagement.
Using the Salesforce Ascend platform, this work expands and enhances the University’s donor management by connecting donor, student engagement, and Athletics data into a more unified experience. The project supports a “360-degree view” of constituents to help strengthen engagement, improve fundraising efforts, and support more informed decision-making across campus.
Goals

- Streamline and improve fundraising and donor engagement efforts
