Google AI Certificates

Technology is changing fast, and artificial intelligence (AI) is a big part of that change. These partnerships show that UNC Charlotte is committed to giving our community the best tools for the future. This partnership isn’t just a title, it comes with real benefits. UNC Charlotte faculty and staff can now qualify for official Google AI Certificates.


AI@Work

AI at Work graphic

AI@Work is a new virtual discussion series focused on real-world use of AI in everyday work. Each session features a subject matter expert who will spend 10–15 minutes sharing how they use AI in their role—what they tried, what worked, and what they learned. The remainder of the session is dedicated to open Q&A and group discussion, inviting participants to ask questions and share their own experiences.


AI Student Fellows Program

UNC Charlotte’s OneIT is launching a new Student AI Fellows program to embed responsible AI use across campus workflows. This initiative addresses the need for structured guidance in higher education by empowering students to drive AI innovation.
