General Approach

Since OneIT is a service organization supporting the work of others, it is difficult to identify annual targets. As more information becomes widely available regarding the specific implementation of Shaping What’s Next, we expect to further refine our strategic plan. Until that time, we have indicated key changes that we are currently aware of that will affect the university community.

FY ‘23

• Update plan as needed
• Implement measurement strategies and gather baseline metrics.

FY ‘24

• Begin gathering data and monitoring performance.

FY ‘25

• Assess progress towards targets.
• Take action to remediate any areas falling below targets.

FY ‘26

• Continue to measure success against targets and take action to address lagging indicators.

FY ‘27

• Continue to measure performance against targets and take action to address lagging indicators.
