Eduroam wireless network authentication update

On Tuesday June 20th, between 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Eduroam wireless network authentication is being updated. This change impacts any device that connects to Eduroam including laptops, phones and tablets.

What you may need to do:

  1. You may be prompted to accept a new certificate
  2. You may need to Forget the network and log back in; Follow the instructions in this FAQ. NOTE: Do not use your charlotte.edu email address when logging back into Eduroam.

If you don’t do this, you won’t be able to use Eduroam. If you have any issues or questions, please contact the OneIT Service Desk.
