The Spring IT Call for Projects is currently underway. Submit requests into your division. Requests should include any new initiatives anticipated for the next 12-18 months.

With support from the Chancellor’s Cabinet, the Office of OneIT has revamped its project request process as mentioned in December. Instead of taking in requests all year long, units can ONLY submit project requests twice a year in early spring and fall. This new process will allow divisions and OneIT to better forecast, plan and implement projects.

Each division will receive guidance from its Executive Steering Committee member about how to submit requests. Most divisions, with the exception of Business Affairs, are using the IT Project Request form. Requests are due by Friday, February 24, 2023.
