A bug with latest version of Zoom

Zoom version 5.12 update

OneIT has identified a bug with Zoom’s latest version 5.12; please do not upgrade to this version. Background images and profile pictures do not seem to persist between meetings for some users. To fix this, launch Zoom client first before starting a meeting. If you are on a university Windows computer, you can also uninstall and reinstall an older version through Software Center. Please read this FAQ for detailed instructions if you are having this issue.
