Project requests to OneIT is changing in 2023

The process for submitting project requests to OneIT is changing in 2023.

During the fall semester, OneIT reviewed our project request and implementation process. We engaged with over 100 key stakeholders and community members and reviewed what other institutions are doing. We have a few ideas on how we can improve including:

  • A Simplified Process
  • Project Calls Twice a Year
  • Broader Divisional Decision Making
  • Quicker Initial Assessments

The biggest change will be the project calls twice a year. This new method will allow the Divisions and OneIT to better evaluate, forecast and plan for the upcoming year. We expect to launch this new format in January 2023. More information will be coming from our divisional leads.
