As technology evolves, new AI tools are constantly emerging. We encourage you to utilize the campus-wide tools whenever possible. However, if you find a new tool that you believe could benefit your work, please collaborate with your procurement officer and complete the Software and IT Request form to ensure it meets our security standards. Please note: If the software is listed on the software guidance page as yellow, individuals will still need to submit a request so their specific use case can be reviewed for privacy, security, and compliance.
