Starting Monday, November 2, the university is updating how employee reimbursements and expense reminders are handled. These changes help simplify the reimbursement process and give users more flexible ways to manage receipts.
New Non-Travel Reimbursement Process
- Active Employees: Must complete this process for requesting non-travel reimbursement in Concur.
- Non-Employees: Must submit requests through the Student Direct Pay Request (SDPR) system.
- Retiring Softdocs Forms: Requests submitted via Softdocs will no longer be processed.
Send Receipts via Text Message (Optional)
- Users can capture receipts through standard text messaging and these receipts will be uploaded and available on the users profile.
- This is an optional enhancement. Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on the user’s mobile carrier and service plan.
Updates to Returned Expense Report Email Reminders
- The automated 15-day reminder email is being turned off.
- Final email reminders will now go directly to P-Card holders and “Can Prepare” delegates. Supervisors will no longer be included on these reminder emails.
