Schedule
- Some Windows Lab computers: Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 11:00 P.M.
- Some university Windows devices: Starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 8:00 A.M.
What to expect
- Lab computers will restart automatically
- Other devices will prompt for a restart (can be deferred up to 12 hours)
- Restart times may be longer than usual
What you should do
- Save your work frequently
- Restart your device when prompted
- Keep your device powered on and connected until the update completes
