Microsoft is discontinuing Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (often used by the College of Computing and Informatics, College of Engineering, and the Belk College of Business). Effective Thursday, August 7, 2025, access will be disabled. This change will affect students and faculty who currently rely on this program.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Student Access: Students can continue to use Azure for Students.
- Faculty Access: Microsoft has not provided a direct replacement for faculty access to these specific tools.
- Previously Installed Software: Any software you have already installed through Azure Dev Tools for Teaching should continue to function.
