Docusign User Account Migration

Docusign user accounts will be changed from NinerNet@uncc.edu to NinerNet@charlotte.edu on February 28 in accordance with the university’s branding initiative and email domain change. There will be a Docusign outage from Friday, February 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to Sunday, March 2, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to complete the change. Please do not use Docusign with your UNC Charlotte credentials during this time. Once complete, users will login to Docusign using their NinerNet@charlotte.edu email address and NinerNet credentials.
Important Notes
- After March 2, signature requests for university users should be addressed to the user’s NinerNet@charlotte.edu email address. Users will still not be able to use any alias email addresses (first name.last name@charlotte.edu) – only NinerNet (NinerNet@charlotte.edu).
- You should update your personal contacts from @uncc.edu to @charlotte.edu email addresses. This is a personal setting that only the account owner can update. This will help ensure the signature routing function works as expected after the migration.
- Completed and in-progress signing requests will be retained with your account, so no previous information will be lost.
