Concur Update: February 2025
Effective Monday, February 3, 2025, the trip dates for Pre-Trip Expense Reports will not need to be changed to match the transaction dates. When the Pre-Trip Expense Report is created from the Trip Request, the Trip Dates will populate from the Trip Request and will not need to be changed.
Some Pre-Trip Travel Expense types are: hotel, airfare, registration, parking, airline fees, membership fees, 3rd party lodging, and taxi/ground transportation.

- Concur for Travelers: Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.; Register here.
- Concur for Purchasing Card Expense Report (non-travel): Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.; Register here.
