Assist the OneIT Service Desk Manager with the service desk’s daily operations, provide training and mentoring to full-time staff and student employees, and drive a culture of continual process improvement within the Service Desk Team.
What’s the best advice you can give to someone who just started their career?
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and ask as many questions as possible.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
What inspired me about information technology is that I am always learning something new and can apply the knowledge I have gained to help others.
What is something that might surprise us about you?
I’m a professional cook and wine enthusiast.
What accomplishments are you most proud of?
I obtained a computer science degree as a nontraditional student.
What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?
Cooking
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?
I use my free time to learn something new (Nature, Philosophy, Photography).
