Microsoft Login Change: July 2024

Starting Friday, July 26, 2024, all students, faculty, and staff members should log into Microsoft 365 using their ninernet@charlotte.edu email address instead of ninernet@uncc.edu address.

Why the Change?

The transition to @charlotte.edu is part of our ongoing efforts to rebrand digital platforms across campus. 

What You Need to Do:

This update will take place overnight, starting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024.

Faculty and Staff: We ask that you keep your University-issued computer(s) on and connected to the internet for the best experience (there is no need to connect to VPN). 

Students: log out and log back into Microsoft 365 on computers and mobile devices using your @charlotte.edu credentials, not @uncc.edu

After the update is complete, you will only be able to use ninernet@charlotte.edu to log into Microsoft 365.
