Zoom Phone Migration: Fax Lines

Fax lines will be moved to Zoom Phone on Wednesday, March 13 between 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.,  after 1:30 pm, departments should verify their fax line is working. If there are problems, please submit a ticket to the Office of OneIT. 

Note: There is no need to dial 9 or 1 anymore. If you previously did not have to dial 9 or 1, the vendor may have hard-coded those keys and will need to be contacted in order for the fax to work with Zoom.
