New prompt view for Duo

Duo is UNC Charlotte’s two factor authorization tool that provides security for your NinerNET account. Two factor authentication requires something you know (your NinerNET password) and something you have (e.g. a phone/tablet). Beginning Thursday, February 1, 2024, Duo will have a new universal prompt view. This new, refreshed look will make it easier for you to navigate. You can see previews below of what to expect.

The “Remember me for 30 days” option has changed. Now you will be asked to identify whether or not you are using your device or a shared device. If it is your device, it will be remembered for 30 days. See this FAQ for more details.
