TeamDynamix (TDX) – Jan. 2024

Beginning Tuesday, January 23, 2024, the Office of OneIT is moving to a new Service Desk ticketing system called TeamDynamix (TDX). With this new system, there is a new portal.

At this portal, you’ll be able to:

  • Submit new requests and ask for help  
  • See all the IT services in the Service Catalog
  • Search the knowledge base for updated FAQs (these FAQs include the Office of OneIT as well as Center for Teaching and Learning, Environmental Health and Safety, Financial Services, and Human Resources).
  • View details about upcoming maintenance and unplanned outages

OneIT will no longer receive tickets via email to help@charlotte.edu. Please use the portal to submit new help requests. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact the OneIT Service Desk.
