All Students: Verify Information in Banner

Is your cell phone number or personal (non-uncc) email address correct in Banner? Please take a quick moment to verify at least one is. This way you can easily reset your password if you forget it and access certain personal information in Banner.

To verify one or both are listed in Banner:

1. Go to my.uncc.edu and click the purple Banner Self Service esential icon:

2. If a verification screen pops up, go ahead and verify and/or update the information. You’re done!

3a. If a screen does not pop up, select, “Personal Information” in the screen menu:

3b. Then, click one of the items in red to view either your cell phone number or personal (non-uncc) email address. If correct, great. If not, please add or update. You can click the appropriate FAQ below for further instructions to add or update:
